Assessment Measures
Our forte lies in comprehensive understanding of the
luminaries requirements of our customers and delivering of quality proven
goods. We have advanced quality control facilities, wherein quality is
assessed from stage of procurement of raw materials to the final stage of
completion of finished goods.
Under the stringent surveillance of quality controllers, products are
checked on various parameters like electricity consumption, durability,
safety, color, etc. Each and every lighting product like energy saving fluorescent tube and CFL lamps are minutely scrutinized
before final delivery to the customer. Quality is ascertained from
technology, manufacturing operations to the final packaging of our products.

Pack Defined
Defying the conventional wisdom of keeping packaging
simple - we have attempted a pack that is indulgent and affluent. While the
attempt has been to grab the opportunity that the pack presents in terms of
highlighting Brand Values with both hands - we have also succeeded in
creating an indelible mark for ECO-GLO.
The second distinct element that defies conventional wisdom is the
placement of our product photographs on 'sides' and not on the 'front' (the
surface that face you when you open the flap is referred to as 'front' and
the adjacent surfaces are referred to as 'sides'). Traditionalists will
argue that this is not conventional, but we believe that traditions are
meant to be broken if a Brand wants to charter a distinct route for itself
(if traditionalists were to have their way then the Jack Daniels pack should
be shredded!!).
Our driving force has been - "why show the product photograph when the
person is holding the pack (he/she knows what is inside the pack anyways!)?"
So we lead the holder of the pack to our Brand Values. And we do it with a
lead line that few can resist - 'saves upto 80% on electricity bill!'
We take the reader (the holder of the pack is one by now) through the
Company's tryst with technology to the Brand benefits set in a tone that's
engaging. And, we end up congratulating the buyers (presumptuous alright!)
that is instant gratification!.
The product shots on the two 'sides' are classified as
1. 'Energy Saving Lamp' / 'Energy Saving Tube' and
2. 'Brighten up your life - economically'
Again there is this play of defying conventional wisdom - with two
different kinds of classification (most manufacturers swear on symmetry!).
The backside of the pack is a tribute to those who like horizontal shapes
than vertical ones (researchers shows that this horizontal-vertical divide
is almost 50:50). And we have added a tinge of 'India' with the Brand being
classified by benefits written in Hindi! Here again, we sign off cajoling
the buyer to 'change all lamps to ECO-GLO CFLs!'
The visual appeal of the design is distinctive in the manner it is
structured. It has all the key elements and yet has so much more to it. The
Brand is right there up-front and so is the key functional differentiator -
'EMI-RFI Filter' unit. Care has been undertaken to make the Brand the hero
and not the feature - which is a support peg. The shades of Blue and Silver
are mixed to give the visual appeal a lift that is does effectively.
The pack is a representation of our Brand's vision - a new player with the
guts to stand on it's own terms! ECO-GLO is not your standard, regular,
player!
ECO-GLO
Logo Defined
The ECO-GLO logo is as vital to our business as is our
vision. The various components of the logo reflect the multi-dimensional
approach of our company and its products.
The use of the word 'Eco': This is smart abbreviation representing two
vital components that define our playing arena: Environment and Economy.
This acronym projects our resolve of being committed to causes of the
'environment' while bringing in 'economy' in terms of conservation of
energy. Together - they translate to better economy of scales to the
end-user.
The use of the word 'Glo': This not only reflects the functional benefit of
the products we make but also (and more importantly) the impact our products
are destined to bring to the lives of our customers - a 'glow' in their
lives! Modernity rules here too - and we have knocked off the 'w' from
'glow' - projecting our Brand as contemporary, dynamic and optimistic!
Use of colour 'green': It reflects the company's resolve to stay
environment-friendly and make products that help the company achieve this
goal
The Round Circle on Glo: It is a symbolic reflection of the earth and
signifies our commitment to make the world greener and a better place to
live. It also reflects our vision to become a global player through the
course of time.
